The chosen period of seven years is based on Epsilon research into the lifecycle of repeat customers within our industry; as a result of the research, we believe it to be in your interests for us to maintain your personal data for this length of time. Your interactions with us will be reviewed at the end of January every year; and if you have not interacted with us in the seven calendar years prior, your personal information will be removed from our records.
